St. Clement Basilica

The Basilica of Saint Clement is a Roman Catholic minor basilica dedicated to Pope Clement I located in Rome. It is of particular interest for the many layers of previous buildings visible in the site. Layers include a Roman warehouse, the house of a Roman nobleman and a pagan temple.
